Originally I was suppose to enroll here last year, however my son had to undergo surgery to correct his PDA (its a common congenital disease for premature babies). Our plan is for me to follow a passion, to be called a professional make up artist, however dreams can wait when the one in line is the main reason I live my life each day...
From the time I can remember I have always wanted to learn how to put make up on. I would steal make up from my lola and mommy and would be in a make believe world where I would either be a bride or a model. But being a working mom is not an easy task, there are days when I would want to stop working and just be at home where I can really take care of my son, however due to financial reason I can't yet...I don't want my current status stop me from chasing a dream. I know that the road a head is filled with blocks, forks and bump but I don't care passion comes first in this matter. How happy would I feel to be working and doing what I do love the most.. I knew that eventually I would be in this place, finally following something my heart and mind wants...

I was talking to a very good friend about make up school when he insisted I continue with studying at MDA, so I took the liberty of calling the school to check on the curriculum and see if we can work out the budget for the school, upon calling here's what I found out.. they have a SALE!! yes.. a discount of the modules they have on offer..
so i ended on getting module 1 at Php 26,250.00..
everything is already doing well I do have the money for the tuition and I have my schedule set for the trainings.. however upon paying for the tuition I found out something I didn't prepare for..
THE TOOLS, KIT and MAKE UP!!!
Its really a huge investment.. I swallow every time I think about the things I still need to buy... as I am writing this blog, I am still without foundation, powder, mixing plate, metal spatula, face powder, more brushes and a tiny powder puff!! and I have already bought items for about 9.5k! and besides this tools I also need to buy a tool bag and make up bag where I can place everything... I already own items I can use for the school so I didn't include them on my shopping but still almost 10 thousand for a working mom is already big...
regardless of the stress i had bec. of the not-on-the-budget-spending I am also equally happy and excited for the things to come...
